Domestic U.S. Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are generally processed within 2 business days. If orders are placed on weekends or holidays, those orders will be processed and made ready for shipping the next business day. If we are experiencing any unusual delays in our standard shipping and processing times, we will notify you via email of the anticipated delay time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates below are based on a single 100 ct. box of Betty Pins shipped within the continental US.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email the day your order is delivered to the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Betty Pin, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Betty Pin, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We may be able to ship to some countries outside of the U.S. Please contact us through the contact form on the website to let us know where you live so we can determine if shipping is possible and estimate a rate.
